These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PastorDre.com, its related subdomains, church website reviews, training, educational resources, digital products, consulting, website services, SEO services, and other content or services provided through the website.
PastorDre.com is owned and operated by Andre Henderson, doing business as Pastor Dre. Throughout these Terms, “Pastor Dre,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and the “Website Operator” refer to Andre Henderson.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using PastorDre.com, submitting a form, requesting a website review, registering for training, downloading a resource, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise interacting with the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website, submit information, purchase a service, or access its resources.
2. About PastorDre.com
PastorDre.com provides educational content, church SEO guidance, digital outreach resources, ministry training, church website reviews, website development information, consulting, digital services, and related resources for churches, pastors, ministry leaders, media teams, church creatives, organizations, and other visitors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the information available through PastorDre.com is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
3. Age and Authority to Agree
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase services, enter into a paid agreement, or otherwise create a binding contractual relationship through PastorDre.com.
Individuals under 18 may access free educational content only with the knowledge, involvement, and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the website on behalf of a church, ministry, business, nonprofit organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
4. Educational Information and Professional Advice
Content available through PastorDre.com is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It should not be considered legal, financial, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, accessibility, insurance, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether any recommendation, strategy, software platform, marketing method, website change, SEO practice, or other information is appropriate for your church, ministry, organization, or business.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when legal, financial, security, accessibility, tax, or other specialized advice is required.
5. Church Website Review Services
Free or paid church website reviews are based on the website, information, publicly available content, and access available at the time of the review.
A review may include observations concerning:
- Website message and visitor clarity
- Navigation and calls to action
- Mobile usability
- Website content and organization
- Search-engine visibility
- Basic SEO opportunities
- Visitor experience
- Digital outreach opportunities
A website review is not a guarantee that every issue, error, weakness, or opportunity will be identified.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a church website review does not include penetration testing, malware scanning, legal compliance certification, accessibility certification, source-code review, hosting administration, domain management, security auditing, search-engine penalty diagnosis, or a complete technical SEO audit.
Submitting a website for review does not require you to purchase an additional service. Pastor Dre may provide optional recommendations, proposals, resources, or paid-service opportunities following the review.
6. Authorization to Review a Submitted Website
By submitting a website for review, you represent that you own the website, manage the website, represent the church or organization, or have permission from the owner or an authorized leader to request the review.
You authorize Pastor Dre to access, view, and evaluate publicly available website pages, content, metadata, search results, publicly available performance information, and other publicly accessible information associated with the submitted website.
You agree not to submit login credentials, financial information, private member information, confidential documents, health information, or other sensitive information unless Pastor Dre has specifically requested it through an appropriate and secure process.
You are responsible for obtaining any internal approval required by your church, ministry, organization, employer, or website owner before requesting a review.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Pastor Dre does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, website traffic, leads, registrations, attendance, donations, sales, conversions, engagement, ministry growth, church growth, advertising results, or other outcomes.
Results depend on many circumstances outside our control, including:
- Your location and target audience
- Your website platform, hosting, and technical condition
- Your content quality and consistency
- Your competition
- Your budget and available resources
- Your implementation of recommendations
- Search-engine and advertising-platform changes
- Third-party platform availability and policies
- Decisions made by your church or organization
Past performance, examples, rankings, screenshots, testimonials, case studies, or results experienced by another person or organization do not guarantee future or similar results.
8. Electronic Communications
By submitting a form, requesting a website review, registering for training, making a purchase, or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications concerning that request, registration, transaction, product, or service.
These communications may include confirmation emails, access instructions, requested resources, scheduling information, service updates, invoices, responses, and other messages necessary to fulfill or administer your request.
Promotional or marketing emails will be sent according to applicable law and the preferences available through our email service provider. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
Unsubscribing from promotional messages may not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, security, billing, account, registration, or service-related communications.
9. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use PastorDre.com only for lawful purposes.
You agree that you will not:
- Provide false, deceptive, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- Submit a website that you do not own, manage, represent, or have permission to submit.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, relationship, or affiliation with a church, ministry, organization, or website owner.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, databases, forms, accounts, or connected services.
- Disrupt, damage, overload, interfere with, or impair the website or its operation.

- Use website content, resources, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or claim protected content as your own without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original text, training materials, course content, videos, graphics, designs, downloads, branding, logos, page layouts, presentations, worksheets, templates, and resources available through PastorDre.com are owned by or licensed to the Website Operator.
These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may use free resources for your own personal education or for internal use within your church, ministry, organization, or media team, unless a resource contains different licensing terms.
You may not resell, publicly republish, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce, modify for resale, upload to another membership platform, or claim these materials as your own without written permission.
Limited quotations may be used where permitted by applicable law, provided appropriate credit is given and the use does not substitute for the original resource.
11. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of original content and materials you provide to Pastor Dre.
You represent that you have the necessary ownership, license, consent, or authority to provide any text, images, logos, testimonials, website materials, files, videos, or other content submitted in connection with a service.
You grant Pastor Dre a limited license to access, copy, store, display, edit, format, and otherwise use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested review, training, product, or service.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of materials provided to us.
12. Testimonials, Reviews, and Feedback
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, and examples displayed through PastorDre.com reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee that every visitor, student, church, ministry, or client will experience the same outcome.
By voluntarily submitting a testimonial, review, or feedback, you represent that it is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
Unless otherwise agreed, you grant Pastor Dre permission to reproduce, display, edit for length or clarity without changing its meaning, and use voluntarily submitted feedback for legitimate educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Pastor Dre will not prohibit or penalize a customer for sharing an honest opinion about our products, services, or conduct.
We will not condition a payment, discount, benefit, free product, or other incentive on a person providing a positive review or expressing a particular opinion.
We will not knowingly create, purchase, publish, or use fake, false, deceptive, or misleading reviews or testimonials.
We may decline to publish or may remove content that contains unlawful material, confidential information, threats, harassment, hate speech, unrelated commercial promotions, personal information, or content that violates another person’s rights.
13. Third-Party Platforms, Services, and Links
PastorDre.com may use or link to third-party websites, software, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, form providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, email services, social-media platforms, video platforms, scheduling tools, plugins, and other services.
Third-party services operate independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, restrictions, availability, security practices, and service conditions.
Pastor Dre does not control and is not responsible for every third-party service’s availability, security, content, performance, pricing, decisions, policies, outages, changes, data practices, or actions.
A link to a third-party resource does not necessarily represent an endorsement or guarantee.
14. Affiliate Links and Recommendations
PastorDre.com may occasionally recommend third-party products, platforms, tools, software, or services.
Some links may be affiliate links. This means Pastor Dre may receive a commission or other benefit if you make a purchase through the link, at no additional cost to you.
Any material connection will be disclosed as required. You remain responsible for deciding whether a recommended product or service is suitable for your needs.
15. Paid Products and Services
Paid products and services may include consulting, training, courses, website development, SEO services, website reviews, digital strategy, advertising support, content services, downloadable products, or other digital services.
No paid service project begins until the parties agree to the applicable scope, pricing, payment schedule, responsibilities, and deliverables.
These details may be provided through a sales page, checkout page, proposal, invoice, service agreement, statement of work, email, or another written communication.
Estimates and proposals may expire on the date stated in the applicable document.
Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote, change order, invoice, or written approval.
Website development, SEO, consulting, advertising support, or other substantial paid services may require a separate written service agreement. When a separate agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the separate agreement will control for that specific service.
16. Client Responsibilities and Project Delays
A client may be required to provide content, images, branding, approvals, feedback, website access, hosting access, domain access, analytics access, payment, or other information necessary to complete a project.
Delays caused by missing materials, incomplete information, delayed approvals, lack of access, unavailable decision-makers, unpaid invoices, third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend estimated completion dates.
Timelines are estimates unless a separate written agreement expressly states that a deadline is guaranteed.
17. Payments
Prices, deposits, installments, due dates, payment methods, and other payment terms will be presented through the relevant offer, proposal, invoice, checkout page, or service agreement.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
We may pause work, withhold delivery, restrict access, or suspend a service when an invoice is overdue, subject to the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges identified during checkout or within the applicable agreement.
18. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the product, training, event, course, consultation, subscription, website service, SEO service, or other service purchased.
The refund or cancellation terms presented on the applicable sales page, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or service agreement will apply to that purchase.
Unless a specific offer or written agreement states otherwise, fees for completed services, consultations already provided, delivered digital products, completed reviews, and work already performed are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Deposits, setup fees, reserved-service fees, and payments for work already performed may also be nonrefundable when clearly disclosed in the applicable offer or agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.
19. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
If PastorDre.com offers a recurring subscription, membership, or automatically renewing service, the applicable renewal terms, billing frequency, price, cancellation method, and other required disclosures will be presented before enrollment.
You will not be enrolled in an automatically renewing paid service unless the applicable authorization and disclosures have been provided in accordance with applicable law.
20. Website Availability and Changes
Pastor Dre may update, modify, replace, suspend, remove, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, resource, training, offer, product, or service at any time.
We do not guarantee that PastorDre.com will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or free from errors.
We may perform maintenance, implement security measures, update software, change third-party tools, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary.
21. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PastorDre.com, its content, resources, training, products, reviews, recommendations, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Pastor Dre makes no express or implied warranty that:
- The website will always be available or error-free.
- Every recommendation will be appropriate for every organization.
- Every issue or opportunity will be identified.
- A product, strategy, service, or resource will produce a particular result.
- Third-party platforms or links will remain available or unchanged.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pastor Dre and the Website Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, content, resources, recommendations, training, products, or services.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, website downtime, search-ranking changes, advertising losses, or third-party platform failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability arising from a specific paid product or service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Pastor Dre for that specific product or service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
For free content, free training, free website reviews, or other no-cost services, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pastor Dre and the Website Operator from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the website
- Your material violation of these Terms

Neither party may bind the other to an obligation unless written authorization has been provided.

Subject to any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from these Terms, PastorDre.com, or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the California county where the Website Operator maintains its principal place of business.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in a small-claims court that has lawful jurisdiction.
30. Changes to These Terms
Pastor Dre may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in the website, services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively from the updated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed if necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
32. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
33. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.
Pastor Dre may assign these Terms in connection with a business reorganization, transfer of ownership, merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable sales page, checkout terms, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or separate service agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and the applicable product or service.
